Racelle is a Canadian and a social activist, a loving wife, and mother, and a relocation representative for Work Global Canada Inc. She is the co-founder of
Bloodline and has been a regular blood donor in China for several years.
Through a high-risk pregnancy in 2015, she realized the dire need for rare blood donations and started the Rare Blood Types of Shanghai group as a support network for those in urgent need of rare blood.
