Is Donating Blood in Shanghai Safe?

Donating blood is completely safe. A sterile kit is used once only and thrown away. Shanghai Blood Center is committed to the safety and comfort of donors. 献血是完全安全的。无菌套件仅使用一次并丢弃。上海血液中心致力于献血者的安全和舒适。

The specific tests currently performed include: 

• ABO Rh 

• Hemoglobin 

• Alanine aminotransferase（ALT） 

• Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) 

• Hepatitis C virus antibody (anti-HCV) 

• HIV antibody (anti-HIV) 

• Serologic test for syphilis 

• Nucleic acid amplification testing (NAT) for HIV, HCV, HBV

目前进行的具体检测包括：

• 丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT） 

• 乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）
